2003年4月8日成立，面向智能交通领域以外包软件为主的专业型企业。于2005年11月18日通过了CMMI3的国际认证。于2004年9月15日在日本名古屋成立了株式会社上大鼎正。现在日本已有25名员工，设有名古屋开发中心和东京开发中心。
